Our Founder

Matthew E. Perez was born in Dallas, Texas where his family had conducted business since 1905. Mr. Perez was raised in Fort Worth, Texas where he served as the latest addition to another legacy dating back to 1908 in the textile and energy production industries.

From an early age Mr. Perez displayed a knack for business and at the age of just 12 years he started a marketing firm with $11.50 which would go on to be acquired by a Fortune 500 company when he sold it at 19 years old.

Despite finding a joy in starting businesses from scratch, Mr. Perez found a bigger joy in negotiating the acquisition of existing businesses. Mr. Perez chose to study cognitive psychology at Harvard University so that he could approach such business deals in a different manner. As time progressed he built an empire that then allowed him to focus largely on his true passion of humanitarian efforts.

In 2020 Matthew E. Perez was awarded the title of Admiral of The Texas Navy by the Office of The Governor for displaying outstanding service to his community. Since then Mr. Perez has been awarded several more accolades from private and public entities for his humanitarian efforts and work in historical conservation.
